Chris Brown Moves

After an ongoing dispute with the City of over his graffitti'ing of his own property, Chris Brown is selling his Hollywood Hills home. Although it's doubtful that municipal fines for "unpermitted and excessive signage" were the primary motivation behind his departure, a hostile homeowner's association or city administration are not just problems of the rich and famous. We see similar disputes regularly. Perhaps he'll tone it down at his new place of residence... His new neighbors might already be retaining counsel.
