Our firm recently obtained a judgment of over $200,000 for a client. Following the judgment, the debtor attempted to evade paying out the award by filing for bankruptcy. We went to bankruptcy court to make it clear that this was simply a tactic to dodge their responsibility to our client. Not only did the judge throw out the bankruptcy filing, but they also barred the debtor from filing again for twelve months so as to allow our client to recover the awarded judgment.
Our firm's commitment to the steadfast and determined pursuit of justice means standing by our clients from start to finish.
