Case Update: Business Purchases

On behalf of a client, we recently negotiated the successful purchase of a business.  We were able to leverage a highly favorable outcome: The only condition of the transfer was that our client take on the existing lease payments on the business property.  We thereby avoided any transfer of actual funds, and the associated commission costs.
