As a former associate engineer for the State Regional Water Quality Control Board, he enforced compliance of discharges to State waters meeting the State Porter-Cologne Water Act. Edward is also the owner and developer for Eddie General Building Contractor, developing apartment buildings and residential housings for various local communities.
