Case Update: Defamation

Posted by Tim Lam | May 19, 2013 | 0 Comments

A business specializing in providing consulting services for design posted an interview with an individual on several popular news websites.  The problem? The interview never occurred, and the individual who was attributed as the interviewee held a position which was directly opposed to the statements given by the posters. The individual contacted our firm, and we are working with our client to ensure not only that the defamatory and false interview is erased from the internet, but that the good name and public image of our client remains untarnished. This includes compelling the offending entity to issue a correction and retraction will be posted in all venues where the original interview was published, admitting that the interview was false and unauthorized.
